Although Sheffield Wednesday fans are still waiting for the official announcements on the captures of Kadeem Harris, Moses Odubajo and Julian Borner, it’s long been known that the contracts are done, we just need to come out of the soft embargo before we can put the pens to paper.
It seems Steve Bruce will soon get his wish to strengthen the squad though as all three are with the first team group in our Portugal based pre-season camp and first team coach Lee Bullen took to social media this week to show Harris and Odubajo undergoing the usual ritual of the ‘initiation songs’.
If fans haven’t seen the ditty’s they are available on Bullen’s Twitter feed but it certainly looks like spirits are high and the newbies are settling in well.
Hopefully with the pre-season weeks ticking by nicely now there will be a couple of new faces as Brucie looks to build on the uplift in our form following his arrival in February.
