With Sheffield Wednesday fans still hoping to see former Chelsea loanee Michael Hector return to Hillsborough given how he impressed in 2018/19, many will undoubtedly take the positive from a recent social media exchange the 26-year-old had with midfielder Barry Bannan.
Having arrived under former manager Jos Luhukay, Hector impressed hugely at centre-half across the campaign and the Jamaican international made 38 starts across the campaign, along with one substitute showing.
With Hector talking previously about wanting to settle down at a club now and end his nomad status as a loanee, there were fond words for his spell at Wednesday and many believe he wants a return but it all comes down to money at the end of the day.
With the speculation going quiet in recent times, there will be those that hope they can read into his recent chat with Bannan.
???????????????? that was like a pre season friendly absolute zero pressure ur better than that
