A number of Sheffield Wednesday players came under criticism after Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to West Bromwich Albion – Liam Palmer, Sam Hutchinson and Jacob Murphy were slated by supporters on social media. Kadeem Harris was knocked for his performance too and may find his place up for grabs ahead of Wednesday’s meeting with Birmingham City.
How will Sheffield Wednesday fare against Birmingham City?
Win
Draw
Lose
Against Albion, the 26-year-old played for 59 minutes, made 28 touches, created one chance, had three shots, completed 72.7% of 11 passes, whipped in two crosses, made one clearance and had four successful dribbles. Harris showed moments of creativity, ghosting past his opposition at times, but he didn’t see a lot of the ball and was brought off as a result.
Needs a bit of time out

He’s been very poor since his impressive start to the season. Perhaps should be on the bench for a game or 2.

Whisper it quietly because it may be like saying Fox is league 1 standard, but Harris has looked exhausted since Cardiff away and he's in desperate need of a rest. He's stopped trying to run at people and when he does he runs straight onto brick walls and blind alleys #swfc

That is such an awful team my god.
How does Sam Hutchinson get picked over Luongo? Fletcher on his own is just going to result in him being iscolated. Countless poor performances from Harris yet he still starts. Westwood is pish. Reach needs to be starting. #SWFC— ㋡ (@swfcjoshua) November 23, 2019
He’s made 19 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring and creating five goals. The Wednesday wide-man hasn’t found the back of the net since August (13 Championship games) and hasn’t made an assist for two months. With Fernando Forestieri sitting on the bench, Garry Monk could consider a change to eject more goals to the side.
The Owls have picked up just one win from their last six games and scored one or less goals in seven of their last eight.
