With ongoing Steve Bruce speculation at Sheffield Wednesday given the discussions with Newcastle United, the club did try to give the fans something to smile about on Saturday as we finally announced the official arrival of Kadeem Harris.
We can confirm that Kadeem Harris has joined the Owls! đŚ
Welcome to Wednesday, Kadeem! #swfc

Much like the other announcements this last week, fans were totally aware of his capture this summer as he’d been in pre-season training, but now it’s formal and the versatile 26-year-old attacker joins us as a free agent following his release by Cardiff City. It certainly didn’t mask the main topic of discussion at the moment though.
Harris was in the squad that faced Stocksbridge Park Steels in our second friendly of the day on Saturday and we took a 5-0 victory over our hosts – with Harris scoring our second in the game. The day’s opener against Lincoln at Sincil Bank ended 3-1 in our favour.
Good luck @KadeemHarris27

Cracking player you've got there lads. Very quick and a decent dribbler, just needs to improve his end product really. Very good signing on a free though.

Some very positive words from Cardiff fans, so regardless of what happens with the position in the dugout, hopefully Harris can make his mark for us on the pitch next year.
