Despite Sheffield Wednesday enjoying a 3-1 victory over Charlton Athletic on Saturday, ending their five-game winless run in the Championship, not every Owls player impressed at the Valley. Some fans still weren’t happy with the performances from one or two players and trashed them on social media.
Kadeem Harris came in for a lot of criticism after his showing against the Addicks. He was guilty of spurning possession and not having much of an end product, leading to his substitution in the second-half. The 26-year-old had some good moments, creating opportunities for his teammates, completing some dribbles and whipping balls into the box, but it was far from vintage.
Kareem Harris’s decision making is shocking #swfc

Against Charlton, Harris played for 80 minutes, made 34 touches, won one aerial duel, completed 76.5% of his 17 passes, had four shots with 50% accuracy, created four chances, made two successful dribbles, whipped in four crosses with 25% accuracy and made one tackle.
The 26-year-old has made 21 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring and creating six goals in 21 appearances. Harris has netted only one goal since August and hasn’t made an assist since mid-October, however. With Jacob Murphy and Fernando Forestieri for competition, his place in the side could be up for grabs ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Brentford. Time will tell.
