Sheffield Wednesday suffered a fifth defeat of the 2018/19 Championship campaign on Tuesday evening as Queens Park Rangers took a pretty comfortable 3-0 victory.
The result sees us slip down to 14th place in the table and the performance was one frustration, but another point of frustration was the fact that even despite our lowly league position, we actually remain two points shy of the Play-Off positions so many feel it was a missed opportunity.
Given the summer we had plenty would’ve accepted where we are now but recent improvements and the boost that some of the younger players have provided have certainly increased hope, but despite the size of the defeat it’s not quite panic stations yet – we have to prove in the next fixture it was a bad day at the office again and draw a line under back to back defeats.
Moving on from the disappointments though, the following fans certainly found a positive in the performance on on-loan Chelsea defender Michael Hector.
