Wednesday can forget about facing any kind of understrength Bristol City side in the FA Cup third round this Saturday.

The Robins may have been expected to make changes for the clash at Ashton Gate following a hectic Christmas and New Year schedule in the npower Championship.

But City boss Keith Millen has highlighted the game as the club’s ‘biggest game of the season’.

Millen told the official City website: ‘It’s a massive game for us, I think our biggest game of the season.’

‘We want a cup run and to do that we must overcome Sheffield Wednesday at Ashton Gate. For the finances of the club it can be a massive boost, but the supporters deserve an exciting cup run too.’

The Owls will face a tough test against a City side who’ve found a bit of form following a sluggish start to the season.

Millen has turned the club’s fortunes around and will be keen to take their league form into the cup this weekend as they aim to secure a place in the fourth round.
