As Vital Wednesday put to you earlier this week, the international break could be a very welcome break to those who earn a living at Hillsborough. With no game for the Owls this week due to the international break, Stuart Gray is hoping that the fixture-free weekend will give time for the treatment room to clear.

Wednesday have been without strikers Will Keane (ankle) and Sergiu Bus (groin) but the pair are in contention to make their comeback against Huddersfield Twon on Saturday 4th April. New York stadium scorer Caolan Lavery was recalled from his loan spell at Chesterfield with attacking options limited and immediately found his feet back in the Owls squad.
But with Keane and Bus` potential return, the extra competition will give Gray food for thought.

He said to swfd.co.uk –
“We`re looking a lot healthier. Will Keane had a light training session and is likely to join in full training on Monday. And Bus was in full training on Thursday and showed no ill effects. We`ve gone from being really light on forwards and having to recall Caolan to having plenty to choose from. It`s a good position to be in.”
