Leicester City defender Michael Morrison is all set for a move to Wednesday with reports indicating he’s having a medical in S6 today.

The former Cambridge United man is understood to be at Hillsborough today and is ready to complete a move from the Walkers Stadium, according to BBC Radio Leicester’s Ian Stringer.

Morrison has been keen for a move away from Leicester ever since Foxes boss Sven-Goran Eriksson failed to guarantee him a starting role with the npower Championship side.

The fee is understood to be around the £250,000 mark but the deal is expected to be undisclosed.

The deal is expected to go through within the next 24 hours and Morrison will follow Reda Johnson as the second defender to arrive at Wednesday since the January transfer window opened.
