Millwall will remain in Championship relegation danger on the final day of the season this weekend following a 0-0 stalemate with London rivals Crystal Palace tonight.

Victory for the Lions would have seen them safe going into Saturday’s final-day clash at Derby County but, as well as Wednesday, Kenny Jackett’s men will still be looking nervously over their shoulders going into the weekend.

The draw took Millwall a point above the Owls and a draw at Pride Park on Saturday should be enough to see the Lions remain in the Championship.

The draw could be seen as a good one for Wednesday, with Ian Holloway’s Palace still needing points to secure their place in the play-offs in Saturday’s match against the Owls’ relegation rivals Peterborough United on Saturday.

Six clubs can now still be technically relegation on Saturday: Wolves, Barnsley, Peterborough, Wednesday, Millwall, Huddersfield Town and Blackburn Rovers.

Wolves are all-but gone, while Blackburn are all-but safe. Wednesday host Middlesbrough, Barnsley take on Huddersfield, Posh face Palace and Millwall visit Derby County.
