Ticket prices for the Owls’ FA Cup 2nd round tie against Northampton Town will be £15 for non-season ticket holders – thanks to Northampton failing to agree to lower prices.

Wednesday had suggested charging a minimum ticket price of £10 for adults for the clash at Hillsborough on Saturday, November 27 (kick-off 3pm).

But the prices have to be agreed between both competing clubs in the prestigious competition, and Town’s decision not to agree to the prices recommended by Wednesday means fans of both clubs will be paying more.

Season ticket holders can purchase tickets for £12 for adults and £6 concessions, but non season ticket holders will pay £15 if they’re an adult, and £10 if they’re a concession.

Season ticket holders must purchase their tickets before the day of the game to get the reduced rate.

Tickets will go on sale to season ticket holders of both clubs on Wednesday from 9am, with tickets only initially available in the South Stand for Wednesdayites.
