Bullen Secures Wednesday’s Fifth Addition Of The Summer But We Aren’t Finished There Surely

|

With reports the other day that Sheffield Wednesday were holding a medical for Queens Park Rangers midfielder Massimo Luongo, earlier today the club confirmed that he was ours and had put pen to paper on a deal and had now taken the number 21 shirt for the remainder of the 2019/20 Championship campaign.

The 26-year-old Australian international joins for an undisclosed fee but boasts great game time for his age with well over 200 appearances to his name, and he should certainly add some bite to midfield from what I know of him.

In making the switch to Hillsborough he becomes out fifth new addition of the summer and plenty of fans will assume that given caretaker gaffer Lee Bullen’s status, making this capture may hold a hint as to his own future.

Fans will be hoping he’s simply one of a few today as everyone is waiting for the words ‘Michael Hector’.
