Over the last few days, the Vital Sheffield Wednesday forum has had a visit from Wednesdayite director Darryl Keys, and we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to directly ask him searching questions, the transcript of which you can read on these pages.

It helped the forum members to work through their frustrations with the current issues at S6, and whichever side our members were on, or whatever their point of view, we think it was a useful exercise to undertake. Once again, many thanks to Darryl for spending time with us.

Of course, a balanced argument can only be presented if the club has an input too, and we here at Vital SWFC will provide a platform for such a discussion to occur, or for the view from the boardroom to be presented.

We’d like to extend an invitation to the Owls Chief Executive Kaven Walker to partake in a similar discussion.. it has to be beneficial to hear the official view from Hillsborough first hand.

We know we’re not entitled to it, we know we can’t demand it. But dialogue with the fans should be an essential part of the day to day running of the club. If this were not so, why put a contact email address on the official web site?

How about it, Mr. Walker?

Just click here and let us know if you think it’s a good idea.
